The No Child Left Behind is basically governmental regulation of standards all school children should be held to the same academic standards without regard to children of minority. Children who are richer tend to exceed more because their school or city has resources and has advantage over underprivilged people who do not have the same resources that are the key to success. The No Child Behind ultimately makes the poor stay poor and the rich get richer.
